I requested my delivery for 5pm. It was delivered at 4.30pm. Fortunately I had got home in time to take delivery but that so easily might not have been the case. You offer delivery time options to your customers and it's important these are noted and adhered to.

Our favourite chippy….ever! Ordered the battered mushrooms tonight along with our order and OMG, amazing! The best I’ve ever had. Not soggy like everywhere I’ve gone before but beautiful fresh, crispy batter, no sog in sight. I highly recommend and this place should receive an award.

Hi Suzan, I’ve checked with the driver and you received your food an hour after we received your order.

Ordered a meal at £15 and had it delivered to Wallyford and was charged £4.10 for that so to expensive would only pick up from now on and don’t think I will go out my way to pick up I order from here once a week so disappointing.

Hi I’ve just checked your order, the £4.10 you were charged for is £3.50 delivery charge and 50p service change which Mealzo charge you and 10p for the bag, which you shouldn’t have been charged for.
